Amidst the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we often forget to take a moment to breathe, to relax, and to let go of our fears and anxieties. That’s where Nidra Yoga comes in handy.

What is Nidra Yoga?

Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. It is often called “yogic sleep” because it induces states of mind that are comparable to deep sleep, yet the practitioner remains fully conscious. This powerful technique can be practiced by anyone, regardless of their physical capabilities or previous experience with Yoga.
The goal of Nidra is to achieve a state of deep relaxation while remaining conscious, to explore the subconscious mind, and to release negative emotions and thought patterns. This yoga practice is a simple and eff ective way to alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression. It is a journey towards self-discovery and self-healing.

Our highly skilled and experienced Yoga practitioner Marcelle Linn will guide you through a series of simple, yet powerful relaxation techniques to help you release your fears and anxieties and to fi nd inner peace.
