We will be starting our journey at the Karela Academy Health Village in Cochin, Kerala. Located on the banks of the river Periyar. A full spectrum Ayurvedic health village, where I will be immersed the Kerala culture and learn it’s history. Their we will create a health consultation camp, have special therapies demonstrations and learn local formulation making. We will also tour the Kerala’s herbal garden and manufacturing factory.

Then, on to Periyar National Park. We’ll be Hiking, communing with the local wildlife and learn about native spices growing wild in the region. We will visit a local tea plantation, and learn history of the lands.

Next, Coconut Lagoon, Kumarakom Kerala. Here we will stay on a houseboat on the river, learning Ayurvedic chants.

Finally, we’ll end our trip at AyurvedaGram Bangalore. Here we experience our own 5-day rejuvenation and healing, experiencing first hand traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapies and lifestyle and culture. We’ll also explore Kerala’s own herbal gardens and learn with Master Mahanty yogic lifestyle for imbalances, working with elements and Ayurvedic cooking.

This is a once in lifetime educational and healing experience and I know it will take my Ayurvedic training and knowledge to a deeper level and look forward to sharing it with all of you.
